I recently moved to Ponderosa Apartments and find it really
nice, cute and clean community. The best thing about this community is its
close proximity from major employers and WSU. The price of two bedroom is too
reasonable, I mean the rent of my two bedroom apartment is just $700. All the
units are fully furnished and have luxury amenities. A fireplace which will
help you to remain warm in winters while in summers, you can relax at pool. Friendly neighbors, professional management
and responsive maintenance team makes " Ponderosa Apartments " a best
apartment community of Outer Bel Aire, Wichita.
