I lived in two bedroom apartment for two year. The units are
spacious and the management staff of 3000 Grand apartments is very professional
which makes it one of the best place for living in Des Moines, Iowa. Before moving here I was living a luxury life at Weston park apartments.
Take the elevator up to your beautiful apartment home and find
out stunning open area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large patio. Make 3000
Grand your home and enjoy a "assured grand" lifestyle.

Living near downtown and enjoying the nightlife is a way I
am living from a long time so I chose the studio for living at 300 Grand.
Whether it is a maintenance staff or management staff this place is above my
expectation. If you are a student and looking for rentals than this
place is for you, from the affordability to the convenience this 3000 grand is
a ultimate place to call home.
