I love to live here, my husband and I relocated here in
2013. The rooms are spacious and moving here was the wise decision. We had a 2 bed 2.5
bath and it was spacious. The Monterra Townhomes are closely located to grocery
stores and entertainment centers. The rent is little high but the amenities and
the location makes it worth.

We are living here since 2014. In summer, soon after we
signed our lease for a season that all changed. It seems there no laws to make
parents control their children. The management can do nothing about it. They
will keep naming the Familia housing act. In order for me to break my lease I
have to pay $2300. My spouse and I have never once induced any trouble in the 4
years I have lived here until this. Well, one thing which is positive
about Monterra Townhomes is there is no maintenance issue.
