Factory lofts are one of the oldest residential building, it was built in 1939.
This four story building has 72 units of studios and two bedroom apartments. It
was renovated in 1996; later in 2000 it was registered in National register of

I
was there in telephone factory lofts in between 2012-14, I have enjoyed a lot
there, the location is perfect from everywhere, and William B. Hartsfield
Atlanta International Airport is just 15 minutes away from the apartment. The
place has large windows, exposed block, and gated access, Security is not a
concern. Direct access to the beltline makes residents able to reach quickly to
the restaurants, parks and shopping centers.
The
management is highly responsive, once my refrigerator has some issue than I
contact to the maintenance team they quickly responded at fix my problem within
an hour. The telephone factory lofts also offer spectacular balcony views of
Atlanta.

I
think this area is especially for the young professionals, close to many fun
bars, nightlife, shops and entertainment centers. Telephone factory loft’s 14’
high ceilings with granite surface have captivating views to enjoy, meanwhile
if you are tired than use whirlpool tub and relax. Your new home is close to
midtown and Piedmont Park and easily accessible from the Bulkhead. I must say
that finding apartment/ studio and condos in this price is just impossible
The
green space that your dog will love, I assure you, that you feel very
auspicious for living here. You can say that it is one of the finest lofts for
rent in Atlanta to enjoy urban living.
