built in 2006 and has 400+ units of one,
two and three bedroom apartments.

convenient access to Buckhead, Mercer University and Virginia Highlands which
means lot of options for shopping and entertainment.

Me
and my husband living here for a while, when we are relocating from Skyhouse Apartments Houston , than there are lot of things arises on our mind about our
new place. But Anderson at Clairmont Apartments makes easy choice for us, The
location is perfect. The pick trash and maintenance is top class. If you are
living upper level than you have to walk little bit.
As
per the noise concern, the community is located just next to the highway so you
can expect some noise but it is bearable. The green courtyard with resort style swimming
pool makes my 2 bedroom apartment luxury.

I
have now lived here 6 six month, and I can say it is one of finest place for
living in Atlanta. The apartments here are spacious and beautifully designed
too. In terms of price Anderson at
Clairmont is the most affordable rentals among other rentals of Atlanta.
The appliances are not up to date but work effectively so this is not an issue.
Before moving here I searched for 1
bedroom apartments in Atlanta for at least 3 months and moving here was the
good decision I have made.
The
kitchen is open and spacious and has a washer and dryer connection without any
extra charge. Amenities are nice although I have not used everything of it.
