We lived within Mount Vernon Flats for two years, community is clean, risk-free, spacious and near to shopping, foodstuff, LA health and fitness center. They act in response fast to help maintenance needs or any problems. I never needed to remind these or request twice concerning my maintenance requests. one and only thing is, these rentals are somewhat expensive especially water along with trash. All apartments in this community tend to be upgraded/ remodeled. Entirely, we definitely enjoyed the stay on Mount Vernon Apartments.

Apartments in mt Vernon are  nice and big. Maintenance and Leasing staff is really helpful. The place is also handy as its walking distance to Marta , cinema , grocery stores and restaurants. There is no noise or disturbance. Community is well maintained and ample for each family.
